Your record

What is kept, and what is shown.

SCOSA keeps alumni information so the association can recognise its members, invite them to the jubilee, and let batchmates find one another. The college and the association are the people responsible for that record. This page is the notice. It is written in plain language on purpose.

What you give

Name, mobile, email, city, country, course, department, the years you studied, and whatever you add about work. A photograph and an old roll number are optional. A PIN lets you return to the record.

What other people see

The public directory can show a confirmed member’s name, batch, subject, profession, and city, and only if that member has opted in. Phone numbers and email addresses are not printed on the public page. Mentorship is a separate choice.

Correction and withdrawal

You may correct the record from your page, or ask the desk to correct or delete it. Withdrawing consent for the directory does not delete the membership itself. Asking for deletion does. In this preview, clearing the browser’s storage removes the record from that device.

This preview

Nothing you type here is sent to a server. It stays in this browser so the college can try the register, the directory, and the desk. A live launch has to add a private database, access for named office-bearers, a record of who exported the roll, and a way to honour India’s Digital Personal Data Protection framework, including the Act and the notified rules, as they apply on the date the site goes live.

The association will not write to you for a purpose you did not agree to, and a jubilee message will carry a way to stop further messages.
